May Giveaway Month at PRANA begins now ♡

As part of celebrating our first year in business, we wanted to spend the month of May giving back to the clients who continue to show up, support, and grow with us.

Each week in May, one client who attends the studio during that given week will be entered to win that week’s featured prize!

ENTRY INFO:
• Attend any class at PRANA during the week = 1 entry
• Leave us a review on the Mindbody app = bonus entry

Weekly prizes will include gifts from the studio along with goodies from some of our favorite local businesses— because supporting local is what small town love is all about!

One year ago, this dream became a reality. Today, my heart is so full reflecting on everything this first year has been.

To every single client who walked through the doors, showed up for themselves, trusted the process, and supported this space… thank you. You are the reason this studio exists, grows, and feels like such a special community.

I truly couldn’t have done this without my incredible instructors, my unwavering support system of family and friends, and this amazing community here in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. Small towns really do it best! There is something so powerful about the love, encouragement, and connection that lives here.

This past year has been about so much more than movement. It’s been about building something meaningful, creating connection, and holding space for wellness in all forms—and I am so grateful to share that with all of you.

And we’re just getting started 🤍

Celebrate Earth Day with us at Prana Wellness 💚🌍🌱

Join us for a special evening of reflection, connection, and discovery as Jane Gruhot leads a Generational Healing® demonstration. During this event, Jane will share about her work with Generational Healing®, a modality that explores how ancestral experiences and inherited patterns can live within our bodies and influence the way we move through life.

Through this introduction and live demonstration, you’ll learn how Generational Healing® brings awareness to these patterns and supports releasing what no longer serves us—allowing us to reconnect with our authentic selves and our lineage in a new way.

🌿 One attendee will be selected to receive a live Generational Healing® session during the event.
