ATTENTION She Strong members, past, present & future:
How would you like to finally achieve your weight loss goals and maintain them for life? How would you like to have more energy, more stamina, and better health? No doubt, we all want these things!

THIS FALL, I will be starting a FB group for She Strong ladies that want to participate in a MAJOR challenge that involves nutrition education, workouts, and peer motivation. I believe without a doubt we can reach our goals with this AWESOME combination by next summer! What are you doing this winter?

She Strong Women: How many of you get into a “food rut.” 🙋🏼‍♀️ Sometimes it just seems easier to turn to quick, unhealthy options. So I have an idea and I need YOUR help! Let’s post a recipe a day (bfast, lunch or dinner) that is fun, healthy, and easy to add to our weekly menus. I will start and tag a person. That person then posts a healthy recipe and tags another friend & so on. Let’s see how long we can keep this going 🤗 xo Meg
