This week, we're continuing with our No Class Nights schedule. We hope you're taking advantage of the extra evening time to get outside and enjoy the summer weather!

New this week: Dane is teaching Rep Rally on Saturday at 7:00 a.m. for a full hour! He'll be fresh off his NYC trip and ready to bring the energy, so come prepared to work hard and have some fun.

Support Your Lymphatic System with a Simple Exercise 💧

Did you know your lymphatic system doesn't have a pump like your heart?

Instead, it relies on movement and muscle contractions to help keep lymph fluid moving throughout the body.

One of the easiest ways to support healthy lymphatic flow and natural drainage is with a simple exercise often called a lymphatic pump.

Here's how:

✔ Stand with your feet flat on the floor
✔ Hold onto a wall, countertop, chair, or sturdy table for balance
✔ Rise up onto your tiptoes
✔ Gently drop your heels back down to the floor
✔ Repeat for 1–3 minutes

This gentle up-and-down motion helps encourage movement throughout the body and supports healthy lymphatic circulation.

Want to take it a step further?

💧 Try using a mini trampoline (rebounder).

The gentle bouncing motion is a favorite wellness practice for many people because it combines movement, circulation, and fun all at the same time.

💚 Peppermint Essential Oil

Peppermint is one of my favorite oils to use before physical activity.

✔ Popular for promoting a feeling of energy and alertness

Why does peppermint feel so invigorating?

Peppermint essential oil contains naturally occurring menthol, which activates cold-sensitive receptors (called TRPM8 receptors) in the nose, mouth, and skin. Even though the temperature hasn't actually changed, your brain interprets this stimulation as a cooling sensation.

Research suggests that the refreshing aroma of peppermint may help promote feelings of alertness, mental clarity, and wakefulness. The cooling sensation and stimulating scent can create a perception of increased energy, making peppermint a popular choice before exercise, studying, driving, or any activity that requires focus.

This week, there will be no evening classes. Get outside, enjoy the beautiful weather, and make some memories! 🌞🏖️🚴

We’re mixing things up with a few morning and lunchtime classes:

Monday
12:00 PM – Cycling
12:30 PM – Core

Tuesday
12:00 PM – BOSU
12:30 PM – Burnin' Bands

Wednesday
9:00 AM – Trampoline
9:30 AM – Light Weight Toning

Thursday
4:30 PM – Cycling

If you're available during these times, give them a try and mix up your day! If not, be sure to catch the recordings and stay on track.

🔥 June Schedule is Ready... and It's FIRE! 🔥

With our beautiful Minnesota summer finally here, we want to make sure your evenings are free to enjoy the sunshine, family time, walks, patios, and everything else summer has to offer. ☀️🌳

You'll notice a little switch-up in the schedule this month. Several of our evening classes are moving to daytime hours. We made this change last summer and received some great feedback, so we're bringing it back!

We hope you'll join us live when you can, but remember, every class is recorded, so you can work out whenever it works best for you.
