Kids lined up along the wall, class in full swing — and this one decided he needed a personal minute. 🧘‍♂️
We get it. Mondays are tough. Even on the mats.
The good news? The best cure for a case of the Mondays is showing up — and he did. That's half the battle. 💪

Our Pre-Teen students continue developing structure, confidence, and control as they grow in their training.
Our Adult students sharpen timing, movement, and reaction during No-Gi training at 6:30 while the 12:00 PM Gi class offers another chance to refine technique and build fitness.
