A note on this very special day,
I did it.
10 years. 🖤
Today, the doors open for the first classes of Season 10, and saying that out loud hits me differently.
It wasn’t always easy. It wasn’t always perfect.
There were rumors. Relationships that changed. Mistakes. Lessons. Incredible highs and lows that made me question everything.
I started in a shared rental space with 25 students, unsure of what this would become. I just knew I loved dance, believed in what I could create, and was willing to work for it.
Ten years later, I can finally say:
I built something good!
And I don’t care who agrees!
I know what lives inside these walls—the hours, sacrifices, tears, belly laughs, growing pains, victories and kids who found confidence here.
This place is my heartbeat outside of my body.
And now I look at Elia.
I watch her walk into studios I once could only dream of having and fall in love with dance in a place that existed long before she did.
It makes me push even harder.
Because now she gets to watch her mom build something.
I want her to know dreams don’t just happen. Work for them. Fight for them. Protect them. Keep showing up.
Do it for yourself. And if you have to, do it by yourself.
For Season 10, I hope for support. I hope for PUBLIC support—not because I need applause, but because our girls deserve it.
I hope we cheer loudly for one another. I hope the love of dance grows in our community instead of becoming something we compete over.
I hope for team support, friendship, loud cheers, incredible memories and one absolutely EPIC year.
To our returning dancers and our brand new dancers just beginning their stories with us—we are SO excited to see you!
Ten years ago: 25 students, a shared space and a dream.
Today: SEASON 10. 🤩🥹
I did it.
And I’m not done.
Here’s to the girls who made the first 10 years worth it—and the little girl watching me now who makes me want the next 10 to be even bigger. 💖🌹
Watch what we do next. 🖤
With a grateful heart,
Jessi Hernandez 🫶
