Absolute Fishing is hardcore fishing, no games, no gimics. We fish hard but at the same time have tons of fun doing it. We target Speckled Trout and Redfish in the inside marshes and along the coast of Louisiana. No catching limits and heading to the dock when fishing with Absolute Fishing Charters. You will get what you pay for, a full day of fishing (unless you request to head in). We also offer

Bow Fishing trips at night targeting redfish, (or anything that swims by legal to shoot). Give me a call if you want to experience a trip of a lifetime!!! Mark Tassin and the family were back down with me, and after making a couple of moves, everything finally clicked. It was like somebody flipped a switch—the trout started jumping in the boat every cast! Glow Matrix Shad under Four Horsemen Tackle corks absolutely put a hurt on them! Always a great time with you guys. Thanks for coming back and spending another day on the water with us!

Day two with Jerry Brunson and crew brought another GOOD one! The morning bite came out swinging, with specks flying over the gunnel of the Shallow Stalker Boats from every direction! Once the early flurry settled down, we changed gears, moved around, and kept grinding to find the next wave of fish. Then the tide started falling good… and BOOM! 💥 Just like someone flipped a light switch, the specks fired back up and started flying from every direction all over again! Glow Matrix Shad under Four Horsemen Tackle corks put a serious hurt on them once more! Two days, two great trips, and a pile of memories made with these guys. Thanks again, Jerry and crew.

Jerry Brunson and crew were back down in the Du for their annual trip! The morning started off slow, with nothing but clean ice at our first two stops. Then, on the third stop, we found the silver! Glow Matrix Shad under a Four Horsemen Tackle cork had the specks coming over the gunnels one after another. With 30 on ice, the bite went completely lockjaw on us. A couple more moves and we finally hit the mother load! From there, it was game on—fish biting every cast until it was time to head home with the 45 pack.

Eric Stokes and his boys joined me on the Shallow Stalker Boats, and we were greeted with absolutely perfect conditions! We put the Matrix Shad Shrimp under Four Horsemen Tackle corks to work, and the trout were coming over the gunnels almost every cast! The only problem—we had TONS of small specks to w**d through at every stop. We had a few good runs of keeper trout, but for the most part, the little ones were thick. The guys stayed patient, kept grinding, and we slowly put together a good box!
