Absolute Fishing Charters, LLC Saltwater Fishing for speckled trout and redfish, inshore and coastal trips in a 2026 Shallow Stalker Boss catamaran.

Absolute Fishing is hardcore fishing, no games, no gimics. We fish hard but at the same time have tons of fun doing it. We target Speckled Trout and Redfish in the inside marshes and along the coast of Louisiana. No catching limits and heading to the dock when fishing with Absolute Fishing Charters. You will get what you pay for, a full day of fishing (unless you request to head in). We also offer Bow Fishing trips at night targeting redfish, (or anything that swims by legal to shoot). Give me a call if you want to experience a trip of a lifetime!!! We have kind and courteous Capts that know the waters, enjoy and love what they do. We have the finest lodging Bayou Dularge has to offer at The Reel In Fishing Lodge. Big groups, small groups, Corporate groups are all welcome. Lone Star Electric was back down with us today after having to reschedule from July, and once again we weren’t exactly sure what Mother Nature had in store for us! But fortunately, the weatherman was 100% wrong like usual! With the wind blowing, I decided to put the crew on the reds, and boy did that pay off. We found them stacked up, and it didn’t take long for the crew to put a limit of reds on ice. Fresh shrimp under a Four Horsemen Tackle cork was the ticket in the pumpkin patch! 🎃 Once we had the reds handled, we went looking for some specks to add to the box and finished the day with a mixed bag and some tired arms! Matrix Shad Holy Joly and Glow did the work on the trout. Big THANK YOU to Lone Star Electric for hanging with us and making the trip down. We had an absolute blast!

And a huge shoutout to Capt’s Jayce, Andy, and Denny for helping take care of the rest of the crew.

Ricky and Linda Barbera were back down in the Du with me! After a nice, smooth ride to the trout grounds in the Shallow Stalker Boss, we slowly started feeding those specks. The bite was a little slower than the previous day, but we found a much better percentage of keeper trout and didn’t have to w**d through nearly as many throwbacks. Shrimp Creole, Glow Matrix, and the Matrix Shad shrimp under a Four Horsemen Tackle cork all got it done! Another great day on the water with some great people. Thanks again, Ricky and Linda, for spending the day with me! Y’all enjoy those fillets!

This has been one of the best Septembers for trout fishing that I can remember, hopefully it continues.

Allen Thompson with the Roy’s Lemonade and Schilling Distributing Co. crew jumped aboard the Shallow Stalker Boats for an EPIC morning of catching! It was non stop action from start to finish! We stayed busy with Matrix Shad and the Matrix Shrimp under Four Horsemen Tackle corks, putting fish in the box all morning long. We had to w**d through tons of undersize fish to get our limit, but we kept grinding until we got it done! And the sharks… LORD HAVE MERCY! 🦈😂 We hooked 20+ sharks and they were doing their best to crash the party! What a fun time with these guys! Nothing better than watching that cork go down over and over again. Thanks again Allen for putting the trip together—y’all were a blast!
