Starting June 30, we will be running our very popular 6-week Strength Training Course on Tuesday and Thursday at 10am.
Our 6-week Strength Course will focus on 4 major weightlifting movements including deadlift, back squat, bench press and strict press and improving core strength. All these movements will build a strong core, reduce lower back pain and burn calories for hours after you leave!
This course is available to members and non-members ages 15+. It is a great training program for high school athletes, advanced weightlifters and also beginners!
