Starting June 30, we will be running our very popular 6-week Strength Training Course on Tuesday and Thursday at 10am.

Our 6-week Strength Course will focus on 4 major weightlifting movements including deadlift, back squat, bench press and strict press and improving core strength. All these movements will build a strong core, reduce lower back pain and burn calories for hours after you leave!

This course is available to members and non-members ages 15+. It is a great training program for high school athletes, advanced weightlifters and also beginners!

Space is very limited and we expect this course to sell out fast, get your spot asap!

⬆️ LEVEL UP CHALLENGE STARTS TOMORROW ⬆️

How many times have you told yourself:

❌ "I'm going to be more consistent."
❌ "I'm going to prioritize my health."
❌ "This is the time I'm finally going to commit."

This challenge is about becoming that person.

Not through perfection. Not through some massive overnight transformation. But through small steps, small habits, and small commitments that build into lasting progress.

The Level Up Challenge is designed to help you create momentum one level at a time. Each level takes just 2 weeks to complete, giving you achievable goals that build on one another and help you develop the habits that lead to long-term success.

Mess up? Start that level over and keep working toward consistency. Progress isn't about never failing, it's about continuing to show up.

And while this challenge is about personal growth, it's also about building a stronger community. As you move through the levels, you'll be surrounded by other members doing the same thing. Encouraging each other, celebrating wins, and proving that we're stronger together than we are alone.

Here's how it works:
• Grab your level guide tomorrow morning and hang it on your fridge as a daily reminder of your commitment.
• Complete the requirements for each level.
• Sign a name tag (found in the top white cubbies).
• Move your name tag on the tracking board after each completed level.

As the weeks go by, you'll see your progress move across the board—and so will everyone else. Not to compete with one another, but to celebrate the commitment each of us is making to ourselves.

The goal isn't to be perfect.

The goal is to become the version of yourself you've been promising yourself you'll be.

Please note: This challenge does not require all workouts or stretch sessions to be completed in the gym. We've provided at-home workouts and stretching programs in the app to help set you up for success wherever you are. This challenge is about building consistency both inside and outside the gym🧡

This week's menu is live, and we're excited about a new bread: Sprouted Oat & Honey Sourdough Sandwich Bread. Soft, hearty, and packed with goodness, it's the kind of loaf that makes everyday toast feel a little more special.

Also, we heard you loud and clear on the scones. 🫐✨ Blueberry Bliss Scones are back this week, alongside our Strawberry White Chocolate Scones, because choosing between them felt unnecessarily cruel.

And for everyone who messaged us, stopped us on the truck, or arrived just a little too late... the viral Dot Cakes are coming back. They sold out in record time today, so we're bringing them back in both Chocolate Fudge and Vanilla Bean flavors for those who missed out the first round.

One more quick announcement: summer has (almost) officially arrived, and so has Alabama heat. ☀️ Beginning this Saturday, we'll be shifting to our summer hours and will be open 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. each week. Same fresh bread, same sweet treats, just a little earlier and (hopefully) a little cooler.

We can't wait to see you this Saturday. 🍞💚

It was awesome to see a few new names make the list this month. Consistency isn’t always easy, but these members chose to make their health and fitness a priority despite busy schedules, work, family commitments, and everything else life throws at us.

Every workout completed is a vote for the person you want to become.

I’m not here to pretend I have it all figured out.
I’m a 51-year-old wife, mom, healthcare worker, nutrition coach, church volunteer, and someone trying to juggle ALL the things… just like many of you.

I deal with stress, exhaustion, cravings, arthritis, changing family dynamics, and busy schedules. I love sweets. I still want pizza for dinner sometimes. And if chips & salsa counted as protein, I’d probably be thriving. 😂

The truth is: coaches struggle too.

For a while, I was pouring so much into everyone else that I stopped taking care of myself the way I knew I should. Last October, I finally decided enough was enough.

Since then:
✔️ I rebuilt my habits
✔️ Got my sugar cravings under control
✔️ Focused on protein & consistency
✔️ Stayed active even on hard days
✔️ Lost 23 pounds and 9 inches

Not through perfection. Not through extremes.
Through consistency.

That’s what I help my clients do too! Realistic progress for real life.

We’re bringing back our Stretch & Balance class for a 6-week run starting June 1 and trust me, you’re going to want in on this!
