Any time during the summer is great to get a group of friends together. End of summer worked out for this crew. 40 friends/families going down the Middle Loup River together. What a great way to connect with those you don't see too often.
Side note. This group doesn't rent cooler tubes. Renting tanks for coolers is much more economical and efficient in this case. 40 tubes, 2 tanks.

Its fair weekend here in Thedford. Big day on the Middle Loup River. All float slots are full. We even had to dig out the old school tubes to make it work. All camp sites and and the cabin are full. Ultimate bull fighting tonight.
Find some time and come out to experience the sandhills of Nebraska.
