Kai, 13

Small details in your body position go a LONG way in swimming. If I can see any parts of a swimmer’s body relaxed in a dive or stroke, I know they’ve lost muscle engagement. Which is a major momentum buzz kill.

Here, Kai worked to keep his legs straight off the dive and toes pointed and symmetrical. In his breaststroke we were focused on the proper feet flex and turn the kick. A very underrated part of the stroke to let go unnoticed!
