Hey swim team! Here’s this weeks dry land:
Short run
Circuit:
-30sec scissor kicks
-30sec plank
-10 squats
-10 pushups

10 and unders will do the circuit twice, 11 and ups will do it three times.

We also recommend you guys get a kick board and pull buoy for your child as we often run out during practice; make sure you write their name on it Sharpie so they aren't misplaced.
