“ I’m doing everything right.”

That’s what Shairee told me when we first started working together.

At 40 years old, working full-time as a nurse and raising a family, she wasn’t sitting around doing nothing.

She was already exercising.

She was already trying to make healthy choices.

She wasn’t looking for another diet.

She was looking for answers.

Because when you’re putting in effort day after day and your body still isn’t changing, it starts to mess with your confidence.

You begin to wonder if it’s your age.

If it’s perimenopause.

If your metabolism is broken.

The truth?

Most women don’t need to work harder.

They need a strategy that matches where their body is now.

Over the next 16 weeks, Shairee focused on building strength, eating enough protein, and following a plan designed around her lifestyle.

Not perfection.

Not endless cardio.

Not eating as little as possible.

The result?

She lost body fat, built muscle, got stronger, and finally started seeing her hard work pay off.

What I love most isn’t the transformation photo.

It’s that she now knows exactly what works for her body and can continue building on these results long after the program ends.

Because the goal was never to help her lose weight.

The goal was to help her stop feeling stuck.

If you’re over 40 and feel like you’re putting in the effort but not seeing the return, send me the word 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 and let’s talk.

This month has definitely tested me.

Four weeks ago I had unexpected knee surgery, which meant canceling a trip we had planned to Europe to see my sister, meet her baby, and spend time in Italy and Switzerland.

Then a few days ago, I lost my sweet Frosty.

Not exactly how I imagined this season going.
But if there’s one thing life keeps teaching me, it’s that challenges have a way of showing you what really matters.

I’m incredibly grateful for my husband, who has been by my side through all of it. ❤️

I’m grateful for my clients, my team, and the work I get to do every day. Even on the tough days, seeing women get stronger, healthier, more confident, and finally start believing in themselves again reminds me why I love what I do.

Life isn’t always smooth. Sometimes it’s one thing after another.

But every challenge is also an opportunity to become stronger, more resilient, and more appreciative of the people and moments that matter most.

What’s one challenge you’ve gone through recently that made you stronger?

Meet Shairee,

At 40 years old, working full time as a nurse and raising a family, she felt frustrated because she was doing all the “right” things.

She was eating healthy.
She was working out.
Yet her body wasn’t responding the way it used to.

Instead of doing more cardio or eating less, we looked at the bigger picture and built a plan that fit her real life.
Over the next 16 weeks, Shairee lost body fat, built muscle, got stronger, and started seeing her body respond again.
But the best part wasn’t the weight loss.
It was the education.

By month 3, she understood how her body worked, how to adjust her nutrition, how to train effectively, and what to do when life got busy.

Because my goal isn’t just to help women get results.
My goal is to teach them how to keep those results for life.
That’s why my team and I focus on coaching, education, accountability, and building a plan around your lifestyle, not forcing your lifestyle around a plan.

Even coaches need coaches because it’s hard to see your own blind spots.

If you’re over 40, feel like you’re doing everything right, and your body just isn’t responding the way it used to, send me the word 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐘 and I’ll send you the details.

Most women over 40 think they need more willpower.

They don’t.

What they need is a plan that actually matches their body now.

If you’re plant based, working out, eating “healthy,” and still dealing with stubborn belly fat, low energy, or a metabolism that feels stuck, it’s usually not because you’re lazy or undisciplined.

It’s because the strategy needs to change.

That’s exactly why I put together this grocery list and meal structure.

Simple.
Sustainable.✔️
No starving.
No detoxes.🫠
No cutting out entire food groups.

Just a better approach.

Rita is 46 years old, a busy executive, mom of two, and just like many women I work with, she thought she was already doing everything right.

She had years of training experience, a gym at home, ate healthy, stayed active, and still...

❌ Weight gain
❌ Low energy
❌ Insomnia
❌ Feeling like her body wasn’t responding anymore

What worked in her 30s simply wasn’t working in perimenopause.

She almost didn’t join because she kept thinking:

“I’m already exercising and eating healthy. What else could I possibly do?”

The truth?

Eating healthy and eating right for YOUR body are not always the same thing.

Within a few weeks, things started changing.

✅ Lost 13 lbs
✅ Built muscle
✅ Stronger than ever
✅ More energy
✅ Clothes fitting better
✅ Insomnia completely gone

And the funny thing is, fixing her sleep wasn’t even one of the goals she came in with.

One of the biggest breakthroughs was realizing she was way off with her nutrition for where her body was at in this season of life.

She didn’t need to eat less. She didn’t need more cardio. She didn’t need to work harder.

She needed the right strategy.

What I love most is that Rita now has the knowledge and tools for life. She recently came back from vacation, stayed on track, and knew exactly what to do without starting over.

That’s the goal.

Not just losing weight.

Learning how to support your body so you never have to keep guessing.

If you feel like Rita...

You’re working out.You’re eating healthy.You’re trying hard.

But your body isn’t responding the way it used to...

Message me “𝐁𝐎𝐃𝐘” and I’ll send you more details.

This is my beautiful client Rita ❤️

When Rita joined, she felt like she was already doing everything right.

Working out.
Eating healthy.
Trying to stay active.

She kept seeing all the success stories from the women I work with, but her thought was:

“What else could possibly work if I’m already doing all the right things?”

The truth?

She wasn’t broken.
She just needed a different approach.

Within a few weeks, things started to shift.

She lost body fat.
Built muscle.
Got stronger than she had ever been.
Started sleeping through the night after struggling with insomnia.
Had more energy.
More confidence.
And finally understood how to fuel her body properly.

One of the biggest breakthroughs was realizing that some of the “healthy” habits she thought were helping were actually holding her back.

In just 16 weeks, she completely changed the way she approaches nutrition and training.

And that’s what I love most.

The goal isn’t just to lose weight.

It’s to learn the skills, habits, and knowledge so you know exactly what to do for the rest of your life.

Rita recently went on vacation, came back, and didn’t panic.

She knew exactly how to get back into her routine because she now has the tools.

That’s real freedom.

After 40, your body needs a different strategy.

Doing more cardio.
Working out harder.
Eating less and less.

For most women, that eventually backfires.

You need the right nutrition, the right strength training, and the right plan for your body.

If you’d like to learn more about how we help women over 40 lose body fat, build muscle, and feel confident again, message me the word 𝐁𝐎𝐃𝐘 and I’ll send you the details. ❤️

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻?

Most plant-based women over 40 are not eating enough protein.

They’re eating protein foods... but not enough actual protein.

Beans, lentils, and chickpeas are amazing foods, but they’re primarily carb sources with some protein.

Nuts and nut butters are healthy, but they’re primarily fat sources with some protein.

The problem?

If you’re trying to hit 120g, 140g, or 160g of protein using mostly beans and nuts, your carbs and fats can end up much higher than you realize.

That’s one of the biggest reasons many women tell me:

“I’m eating healthy but my body isn’t changing.”

To build muscle, support your metabolism, and improve body composition after 40, you need to know the difference between:

✔️ Protein sources
✔️ Carb sources with protein
✔️ Fat sources with protein

That’s exactly why I created this guide.
