38 weeks has gone so fast. Trying to soak up every bit of this experience but I am eager to birth our sweet child. Each child has been a unique experience but anticipating a breech baby has been a totally different mental preparation. I would love to know from any breech birthing mommas what birth position you found most comfortable or productive.

Vaulting into my 30s like..

Kidding but actually pretty accurate 😆 it’s been 12 years & 4 kids since I have vaulted. It’s not the prettiest; a little ripped and could definitely use a few more prep drills BUT HOW. FUN! Running full force, having the confidence and trust that God will get me into safety. *sigh of relief*
Gotta love when your athletes talk you into something “crazy”. 😆 I feel so blessed to be sharing my love for Pole Vault with a great group of kids. They’re going to do amazing things in life and I get to cheer them on all the way!

Today was AMAZING! ✨
10/10 recommend running HOU!

This was an awesome course; there were so many people who were encouraging (and funny) which made it easy to run with JOY! The amount of facilities, care stations, and community support was great.

I showed up feeling unprepared and nervous but ready to run my best. My last run to prep for this race was a 12k on 17 Dec. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I didn’t throw in the towel completely, I showed up and I landed right about where I expected to be 🙌🏽 caught my 1st Half Marathon @ 02:01:03 - The weather was my kind of perfect and I could feel the GLORY all around! Praising the Lord for His Strength & Love! He showed up BIG and gave me exactly what I needed to finish with overwhelming joy and appreciation for what our bodies can do! 🥹

Next time, I need to remind myself to take more pictures! Kudos to everyone who ran this weekend, you are amazing! 👏🏽 👏🏽
