TriTactics will be "rebranding" as AMS Racing (or something of the sort 😂). I'm dragging my feet on this because TriTactics has been around for 15 years and is very near and dear to me.

We will always "be" TriTactics but now we have an expanded vision...

How do I know what doesn’t work?

I spent 4 hours today (upon at least 40) finalizing financial reports I should’ve had 10 months ago from our practice. 🙏🏻

I got lab results confirming what I know. Diet quality needs work. I’d NEVER coach a patient to eat some of what I eat. Time to eat for food not for mood.

After 45 miles my neck, back and legs were tired. If I ever want to THINK of partying on the Hardy (IYKYK) and not taking the trolley home (yet another IYKYK 🚋) I need to hit the button.

So many other lessons. Take it from me. Literally.

Tired

Ten days after Texas 70.3 and I’m still tired. Invigorated but tired.

Courage to Start

Just as a fave author John Bingham says, having the courage to start means the world.

Last year I didn’t have the guts. I was too “busy”. Nope, I was afraid. Afraid to try without “enough” training.

This year I’m going out and having fun - probably a looooong day of fun 😂.

More than anything, though, I’ll be proud that I toed the line.

Ahhhhhh, Kona 🌺

This picture is from last year. We are at home this year, watching our world champ friends from afar in both Nice & Kona.

It’s certainly sad, but it’s also a break. We instead took the opportunity to take our son to Hawaii this summer. I can take October and regroup a bit while an unplanned home reno takes place.

Accepting circumstances, being grateful for your situation and wanting something better aren’t mutually exclusive.

The destinations will wait. Stay healthy enough to get there. Cultivate physical and mental health. And don’t be afraid to explore the inside 😉. Not all discovery happens with travel.
