One thing i learned a long time ago was you’re never too good to receive free advice.
Well, here ya go.
If you know my story, my L5 S1 was severely damaged years ago playing sports. So bad that at one point i couldn’t bend over to even tie my shoes and twisting was a damn nightmare.
I hung up the cleats.
Doctors told me to find a new hobby and give up bodybuilding..
Ummm do you know me?!? 🖕🏼
No, i do not load the discs in my back with hundred of pounds-
But i do front squat.
No, i don’t pick up hundreds of pounds off the ground-
But i have come up with even more effective ways, especially for me.
You don’t need the “meat and potato” basics to develop world class legs. It will probably be more difficult and take more time, but I’m not one to back down from a challenge.
In the words of -
“Just bring it!!”.
You will need to improvise, listen to your body and blast it with all the effort you have.
