I've been fit my whole life, but not without experiencing what it was like to gain that freshman....20! I quickly figured out that I had that "athletic type body" that required consistent effort to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle. It's a part of my life. I am a mom of two, and my passion.... Horses! After years of cardio, I was lucky enough to discover weights at age 26, (resistance trainin

g) changed my body. I wanted to learn the right way to train which is how I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 1999. Since that time I have added a lot of value to other people by believing in them. I love to help inspire women in particular to love their bodies again. My approach may be a little different than the typical trainer. I truly want this to be a lifestyle change for each and everyone that I work with. I believe in the compound effect. Daily insignificant changes that impact your life and the ones you are close to. Couldn't be more proud of these Athletes... These amazing humans! Year in and year out, we go all out and represent BIG at !! Of course, we seek podium every. single. time. And if we can't, we go out swinging! This year, with grit and determination, we had a team in each the Intermediate and Scaled Divisions place in the top 3. Congrats you six! But cheers to the many other Athletes from these SEVEN teams that gave it their all!🏆🏆
