Teens and adults wrapped up their final Speed Breaker prep session. Competition kicks off tomorrow night and continues Saturday morning. Weeks of preparation come down to this, and we cannot wait to see what these athletes are capable of. Let’s get it.

This is how we prepare.

Cardio. Focus. Power.

Our Teens and Adults are training for their first competition of the year with Speed Breaker prep. One athlete keeps the heart rate up, one pushes explosive speed with high knees and butt kickers, one attacks the boards under pressure, and one resets the boards so the cycle never stops.

Run. Break. Reset. Repeat.

This is exactly what Speed Breaker is all about. Speed, endurance, mental toughness, and clean technique when you’re tired.
