The best part about this community? Everyone is chasing something different, but we’re all putting in the work together. 💪

Whether you’re building strength, training for HYROX, chasing a fitness goal, or just showing up to become a little better than yesterday, this week’s lineup is packed with opportunities to level up.

⚡ MONDAY — HIIT
Fast-paced intervals, challenging stations, and plenty of chances to push yourself. Bring the energy and let’s start the week strong.

💪 TUESDAY — HYPER (UPPER BODY)
Presses, pulls, carries, and accessory work designed to build muscle, confidence, and upper body strength that carries over everywhere.

🏆 WEDNESDAY — PODIUM
AFTER ONE PROGRESSION AN IMMEDIATE FAN FAVORITE!

Grab a partner and get ready to compete, strategize, chase scores, and have a blast. PODIUM combines teamwork, fitness, and just the right amount of friendly competition. If you missed it last week, don’t make that mistake twice 😎

🏋️ THURSDAY — STRENGTH
Time to move some weight.

A focused upper and lower body strength session built around quality reps, great technique, and getting stronger one set at a time.

🏔 FRIDAY — CARDIO U
Conditioning with a purpose.

Build your aerobic engine, improve recovery, and learn how to work smarter while still working hard.

🔥 SATURDAY — HIRT
Heavy lower body lifts paired with elevated heart rates for the ultimate strength + conditioning combo. Expect sweat, grit, and a serious sense of accomplishment.

🏁 SUNDAY — HYROX
Endurance day is back.

Longer efforts, race-specific work, and the kind of training that builds the stamina to keep moving when everyone else wants to stop. Build the engine. Build confidence.

I know it’s long and boring but watch alllllllll the way through so we show up Saturday PREPARED 💪🫶

🏆 PODIUM 1

This Saturday we launch our first Podium session.

6 zones. 2 exercises each zone. 12 exercises total. E2MOM format.

Work efficiently, recover intelligently, and pace so you have something for the final challenge sets where we’ll be chasing max calories and max reps against the clock.

The athletes who perform best won’t be the ones who come out the hottest. They’ll be the ones who manage fatigue, control their breathing, and stay technically sharp from start to finish.

Remember: don’t win the first round and lose the workout.

And no matter how competitive things get, quality over quantity always. Challenge yourself, push your limits, but never sacrifice form just to squeeze out one more rep.

Strength meets conditioning. Can you maintain great technique when fatigue starts to kick in?

High-volume upper body work to build strength, endurance, and chase that Friday pump.

It has been an absolute pleasure watching Julia continue to grow throughout her fitness and life journey.💪🫶🙌

What stands out most isn’t just the number (which is impressive on its own👏) it’s the consistency, discipline, and work ethic behind it. Julia shows up, puts her head down, and gets the job done. Day after day. Year after year.

And the results speak for themselves. Whether it’s in the studio or on the HYROX course, she continues to raise the bar, hitting PR after PR and proving that hard work compounds over time.

1,000 classes is an incredible achievement, but knowing you, it’s just another milestone on a journey that’s far from over.

Summer is rolling, the workouts are getting good, and this week is packed with opportunities to get stronger, move better, and prove to yourself what happens when you stay consistent.

No magic. No shortcuts. Just a room full of hardworking people showing up, encouraging each other, and putting in the work 💪

🏋️ MONDAY — STRENGTH (Mixed)
Big lifts. Big confidence.

We’re attacking DB Bench Press and Front Squats before moving into accessory work that challenges total-body strength and control. This is the kind of session that builds the foundation for everything else.

🏔 TUESDAY — SUMMIT

Longer work periods. Steady effort. Strong engine.

Summit is all about learning how to pace yourself, stay composed under fatigue, and keep producing quality work when things get uncomfortable. Trust the process and stay steady.

💪 WEDNESDAY — HYPER (Upper Body)

This isn’t your average upper-body workout.

Pressing, pulling, carries, chin-ups, and stability work combine to challenge your shoulders, back, arms, and core. Expect a serious strength-building session that rewards focus and effort.

⚡ THURSDAY — CARDIO U

Time to change gears.

Short bursts of effort, strategic recovery, and heart-pumping intervals will test your conditioning and keep you on your toes. Push when it’s time to push. Recover when it’s time to recover.

⚖️ FRIDAY — BALANCED

Move better. Lift better. Perform better.

Mobility, stability, core strength, and movement quality all come together in a session designed to keep your body healthy and performing at a high level.

Battle ropes, kettlebell snatches, burpees, conditioning challenges, and partner-based work make this one of the most fun sessions of the week. Bring the energy and bring a friend.
