Just in from FSI World HQ:
Chris Davies just completed his 30th year as a certified personal trainer with American Council on Exercise.

Though he no longer offers classes, Chris still coaches some of the best private fitness training around.

This NCCA-accredited certification is awarded to those who have successfully met all requirements of the American Council on Exercise to safely and effectively improve the health and fitness of others.

In nine years Fitness Solutions has:

Instructed more than 4,000 classes.

Coached more than 10,000 private training sessions.

Together, we have raised more than $100,000 for the Terre Haute Children’s Museum.

Thank you!

After Friday, September 30, 2022, Fitness Solutions will no longer offer group fitness classes.

We will be leasing space at Common Grounds (1625 S. 25th St.) and continue with private training only.
