Hockey fam, we're doing a gear collection drive to introduce new middle and high school players to the game of hockey while overcoming the single greatest hurdle - the steep cost of gear acquisition.

The goal is to get new players who have never tried hockey on the ice with the only initial investment being their USA Hockey membership, and suiting them up in used gear to see if they like it.

A percentage of those who try it will fall in love with the sport (what's not to love?) and some of those will be encouraged to go out and purchase their own new gear, leaving the used gear to get yet another player on the road to enjoying the greatest sport ever.

If you have used gear lying around in your garage that you'd like to move out with the satisfaction of knowing that it will be put to good use, please consider donating it to Team Fear HC & All Florida Hockey Club, and we will see to it that it is used to introduce brand new middle and high school student athletes to the game.

Items sought: Helmets, chest protectors, elbows, pants, shins, skates, gloves, sticks, jerseys, socks, shells and gear bags. All sizes, and you don't even have to bother washing them.

How to donate:

1) We will be gathering this Sunday, August 10, 2025 at 3:00pm in Pembroke Pines for a collection. If this option works for you, please let us know and we will provide the exact address for the drop-offs.

2) Ground parcel - contact us with a photo of the gear, dimensions and weight of your package and we'll send you a pre-paid label and have it pick it up by UPS Ground, trouble-free, right from your front porch or place of business.
