It seems to be a bit of an unknown now when we will be able to get back to our in person group WOD at the gym. For now, stay moving and keep in touch by staying active at your home and sharing with us on SugarWOD and IG/FB. I will continue posting home WOD’s and staying active on Instagram with Demo’s and encouragement.

In the meantime please continue to support Crossfit The Dalles with your membership if you can. If you are unable, I understand, it’s not an easy time for many and I don’t want to burden anyone. My hope is to remain sustainable through this time and be able to open my doors when quarantine is lifted. So if it’s in your wheelhouse to keep your membership it will help sustain CFTD til then.

In the meantime, stay positive, use this time to reset, breath, and do those things you have not had time to do. Love each other and keep your immune system healthy by drinking enough water, eating whole foods and getting adequate rest.
