Leveling up our Breaststroke Kick! 💥🏊‍♂️

Yesterday, our swimmers brought the heat in our specialized breaststroke clinic! With a 5:1 swimmer-to-coach ratio and our coaches in the water, every swimmer got personalized, hands-on feedback.

🎯 What we focused on: ✨ Narrowing the kick to cut down drag
⚡ Boosting power off the drive
🏁 Snapping the finish for maximum glide

By breaking down footage of NCAA champions and using underwater pool mirrors for immediate visual feedback, our swimmers could see and feel the difference in real time! 🪞🎥

🔥 UPNEXT IN OUR CLINIC SERIES: 🔥
Freestyle Early Vertical Forearm (EVF) Pull Clinic
📅 Saturday, November 7th
🏊 Focus: Building a stronger catch, holding more water, and maximizing propulsion.
💬 Swimmers & parents: What was your favorite drill from yesterday? Let us know below!
