Great weekend of softball with the 14U Sluggers and 14U Freedom scrimmaging in The Colony Softball Association! 🥎

It’s always a pleasure to be part of an association that truly believes in working together to grow the game and support one another. Weekends like this are a great reminder of what youth sports are all about—development, teamwork, and creating opportunities for these athletes to keep improving.

Both teams showed great effort, energy, and sportsmanship. The future is bright with this group of talented young players, and we’re proud to be part of an organization that helps develop not only strong athletes, but strong teammates and leaders.

Looking forward to seeing these girls continue to grow and compete this season! 💪🥎

A huge THANK YOU to Lake Cities for hosting such a memorable Opening Day ceremony! 🥎🎉 The Colony Softball Association truly appreciates the warm welcome and a fantastic start to the season.

We’re also proud to celebrate a couple of big wins from our TCSA athletes:
🏆 **Allison from 12U Storm** took home the **Distance & Accuracy Throw** title
💥 **Sophia from 14U Freedom** crushed it and won the **Home Run Derby**

Congratulations, girls! Way to represent **TCSA** with pride and skill. Let’s keep the momentum going this season! 💙🥎

🥎🌟 Early Bird Round-Robin Rec SB Tournament Recap! 🌟🥎

This past weekend, our 10U Aftershock and 12U Storm kicked off the season at the Early Bird Round-Robin Rec SB Tournament at The Athletic Club — and it was a fantastic start to the year! 💪💙

We had some GREAT competition from teams out of Allen, Denton, Plano and Frisco, and the girls rose to the challenge, playing hard and having an absolute blast every inning!

🏆 10U Division Results:
🥇 1st Place – Allen Leopards
🥈 Runner-Up – Frisco Panthers

🏆 12U Division Results:
🥇 1st Place – Allen Firebirds
🥈 Runner-Up – Our very own The Colony Storm! 💙⚡

We are so proud of the effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship shown by all of our athletes. The season is off to an exciting start!

So proud of our Xplosion 8U girls! 💥🥎 They left it all on the field yesterday with hustle, heart, and true teamwork. Every player gave their best effort, and it showed in every inning. The way they supported each other, celebrated the small wins, and fought through challenges was inspiring. Let’s hear it for the incredible 14U Freedom Girls Softball Team for finishing 2nd place in the highly competitive 14U Denton County Interlock League All-Star Tournament! 👏🔥
These fierce young athletes brought the energy, grit, and determination to every single inning. Through blazing heat on the turf fields, tough matchups, and high-pressure moments, they showed what true heart and hustle look like. 💪🥎 They left it all on the field—and they’ve got the hardware to prove it!
💙 A big round of applause to the coaches who guided them, the families who cheered them on, and the players who never gave up. You made your community proud and showed everyone what Freedom softball is all about!
