Happy Heavenly Birthday to my dear brother Wallace Williams who meant the world to me. Today he would have been 67yrs. old. gone too young but will never be forgotten. You were a legend one of the 1st. generation breakdancing hip hop b-boys! You will always be loved 🥰 and missed by everyone. I miss and think about you all the time especially on days like today!
I know you’re celebrating your birthday with our lovely sister, mother, father and all the rest of the family members who are not here with us today…Happy birthday brother 🙏🏾🎂 SIP until we meet again. Love always your Sis💕

It’s that time again! BronxRockets will be celebrating their 6th. Anniversary April 27th. 2024!👏🏽🎉😀 Yes, it’s been six long years of serving our community, engaging, participating, running, walking, empowering and loving every minute! We like to thanks everyone for all your support! Special thanks to my ride or die for always being there for me, love you all always 😘 We invite you all to join in the celebration on April 27th.
-We will have our 5k run/walk
-Meet up at 9:15am
-Take off 9:30pm
-Celebration begins at 11am
-Location: Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet

BronxRockets Morning Run/Walk 3/23rd. will be canceled. Due to expected coastal storm in effect for Saturday morning with periods of heavy rainfall, gusty winds and flooding is possible.

We will resume our regular schedule next week weather permitting. Check our bio for any updates or changes.

Come join us all month while we celebrate the people all month who made it possible for us through change. Run/Walk or both for a nice place stroll around The Bronx neighborhood and parks. Wear comfortable shoes 👟 we may do stairs 😬 No one gets left behind.

It’s the start of February Black History Month. Here’s a little history about Black History Month it was created to focus attention on the contributions of African Americans to the United States. It honors all Black people from all periods of U.S. history, from the enslaved people first brought over from Africa in the early 17th century to African Americans living in the United States today.

Great morning and day! It’s weather time but we stay active all year round…
We walked 3plus miles to The Old Croton Aqueduct brought water across Harlem River via the high bridge! We Celebrated our lovely member birthday 🥳 all to continue representing our community! Join us Saturdays for a morning run/walk and a nice workout! Check our bio weekly for any updates or changes.

Afterwards come join us for a great exercise workout to burn off them weekday calories. We will have our ShapeUpNYC low cardio class staring @10:30am at the Rev.T.W. Foster Recreational Center w/coach-val. We will be doing a full body workout, low cardio, & strength exercises. Please bring but not mandatory hydration, yoga mat, light weights & a towel.
