Many of you are aware of my entrepreneurial journey in fitness and wellness. Thank you.
I took time away from covering Horror Entertainment News over at to achieve personal business goals.
Am getting my social media profiles up and running with a website in the works for my physical trainer business, Artuz Fitness.
Although I had a hurdle, my first exam attempt being the equivalent of McGregor vs Díaz I, am determined to success with my rematch.
In the meantime, please do follow . I am working on short fitness videos (tips, demos, plus more) and will be posting soon. In addition, I'll have longer videos that will debut on IG TV, and Facebook.

USPS once again failed to deliver my packages. This is an ongoing problem not only for myself but for the neighborhood I reside in.
In many instances USPS does not fulfill the 2 day shipping from (Amazon Prime service). Yet, registers the parcel to Amazon as delivered on the expected delivery date.
My Amazon orders are replaced in frequency due to USPS not finding the parcel or failure to delivering parcel.
Here we have a video of a USPS employee stating that her supervisor approves inputting "no access" on parcels into the system to allow an additional day to deliver.
No Access: That means the mailbox was blocked for whatever reason - could have been a dog, the box blocked by construction equipment, etc. For whatever reason the mail carrier could not get to the mailbox. They will attempt delivery the next day.
(Let's overlook the fact that the residential buildings in my neighborhood have working intercom systems)
In other words, admittance to manipulation of delivery schedule.
Here's the kicker, when asked a trick question. The USPS employee replies by saying; this particular mail processing center is understaffed.
A quick glance at the Google reviews for this particular mail processing location delivers (pun intended) several complaints dating back more than 4 years. Understaffed for over 4 years?

I did my quizzes today on the 2 chapters I focused on.
While I scored well on one I dropped the barbell on the other.
The test day is drawing near. Am I worried am not ready? Sure, but that only fuels me to be better prepared.
I have 10 chapters to cover plus covered material am currently challenged with.
The quest continues....

I really didn't feel like going to the gym but guess what....
Am here and the exercise session was much better, more intense.
Finished the session with 15 minutes on the treadmill with speed intervals.
Running at speed 10
There are different types of athletes and from my studies I know what athletic category I fall into.
