Per Nancy Dana,

We are politely asking that all lot owners, renters & guests not plan to come into the park until May 15, 2024. This is our official opening day every year. We have several work projects going on and the less obstacles we have to maneuver around to complete them, the faster and more work can be accomplished. .

Silverstar is going to start putting fiber in the park starting in the newest sections. The more they can get done this spring the more people will have better internet. Then they will continue in the fall. They will be sending us the information on the process of getting connected to it.

We will also have a GIS mapping crew locating and mapping all the water lines and connections in the park and until they can get to some of the connections because of the snow in between lots it may take them awhile.

We are working on getting the water turned on so that we can get all the leaks fixed and faucets replaced. Then we have to sanitize all the lines and then flush them out until the residual chlorine is gone. Then we can allow people to come in the park to stay. This is in line with EPA standards.
