Some tips for crushing the modified Murph workout:
>>Instead of grinding through all the reps at once, split it into rounds:
* 10 rounds of:
* 5 pull-ups
* 10 push-ups
* 15 squats
And if you need to scale things, here are some easy swaps:
* Pull-ups → use a band, do jumping pull-ups, or switch to ring rows
* Push-ups → drop to your knees or elevate your hands on a bench/box
* Squats → squat to a box for support
* Runs → sub in a 500–800m row, bike, or even a brisk walk
Same workout, just adjusted to meet you where you’re at.
