Creamy Tuscan Garlic Butter Salmon π₯π₯¬
Ingredients:
2 Salmon fillets π₯
2 tbsp Olive oil π«
1 tbsp Butter π§
3 cloves Garlic, minced π§
1 cup Heavy cream π₯
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated π§
2 cups Fresh spinach π₯¬
1/2 cup Red bell peppers or cherry tomatoes, diced π
1 tsp Dried oregano πΏ
1/2 Lemon, juiced π
Salt and Cracked black pepper π§
Fresh parsley for garnish πΏ
Instructions:
1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. π₯
2. Sear the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside. π³
3. In the same pan, melt the butter and sautΓ© the garlic and diced peppers (or tomatoes) until fragrant. π§π
4. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. π₯¬
5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese and oregano until the sauce is thick and creamy. π₯π§
6. Return the salmon fillets to the pan. Spoon the creamy sauce over them generously. π₯
7. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot. ππΏ
