So I went to class tonight and actually worked out some. Omg im going to die I hurt in places I having hurt in a long time. Train strong remain strong is our motto. Omg I've gotten soft. Got to get this old bod in shape

Never forget your roots gentleman, be proud of your liniage,, other martial artist can say there teacher won a match at a major tournament, or placed in one, or even some can say there teacher went over seas and trained with some body of high rank. And was promoted to a certain degree or some big deals. MY TEACHER ( my friend) walk,s the walk everyday, my teacher is a correctional officer at a high security prison. In the ring there are referees, rules and there is somebody there to stop the match, inside the prison walls there isn't always back up, he like many of his fellow correctional officers are always on guard are always on edge, always looking over there shoulder. Yes they have have rules of engagement but criminal,s don't follow these rules,CO,s don't have the luxury of having a referee, there significant others, there wife's, kids, parents whoever worries about them everyday. ME, I'll say this I've trained with this man. He hits like a mule kicks, he's as real as it gets. I am honored, humbled and thankfull to be his first Black Belt. Other MA students can say there teacher was some kind of bad ass, cause he's got all kinds of trophy,s and awards, My teacher well he ""IS"" A BAD ASS!! Cause he fights to win every damb day!!!!! In closing I'll say that I humbly thank you sir. Thank you for what you have done for me personally in my life as my teacher and mostly as my friend. As for everybody else be thankfull and grateful that this man is doing his job like others that do what he does, he risk every thing to keep you safe at night when your sleeping in your bed. Be grateful he works behind those walls.. I know I sleep a little easier knowing HE IS THERE!!!! keeping ra**st, murderers and who knows what else in check Thank you sir.

Today is a sad day. Today we lost our Senior GGM. Ali Don Nahoolewa. Our hearts are sad on this day. Our prayers go out to his family. He was our leader and on of the original co founders of The American Kajukembo Association, He and GGM, Richard Peralta founded The AKA originaly together.
During the inception and development of our school patch with the help of Sibak Dustin Jones, and with permission from our instructor Curtis E. Chambers. We Honored both of these legends. The Tiger For Ali Nahoolewa. The Dragon for Richard Peralta. I was lucky enough to have met both of these outstanding martial artist in my lifetime, and am very honored to have various certificates of rank and training signed by both men. I met Mr. Nahoolewa at my very first AKA seminar. I was impressed by his down to earth humility more than anything. I think I was like a orange belt, and during a break in training, I went outside to catch my breath,, cause well y'all know AKA seminars are, blood and sweat and oh yea PUSH UPS AND MORE PUSH UPS, and more PUSH UPS. Well This Founder took the time to sit and shoot the bull with me, didn't talk to much about martial arts, talked more about everyday stuff. You know like our wives, fishing stuff like that. Was very impressed by how he took the time to chit chat with me about that stuff. I am honored and humbled to have gain my black belt under his Banner. Didn't really know him as well as others but I will miss him. To his family again my prayers are with you at this sad time. KAKUKEMBO FOR EVER

Ok so after a long time of not attending class due to my hectic work schedule, I actuly made it for the end of the kids class. And the entire adult class. These are some great students some old faces, and some new ones. Got to help Sibok Atnip do some teaching and got to have some fun and basically add my two cents worth in. I think Sibok Atnip is doing a great job ,and the students are looking sharp, GOOD TIMES!! Feel a little sore today but a good sore!! KAJUKEMBO FOR EVER !!!

Sibak, Dustin Jones. Dropped in last night. Covered some Kempo tequniues. Was a great class!!!!
