If you’ve ever wondered how to mix up your workouts for better results, understanding different set types is key!

🔥 Straight Sets – Same weight, same reps, all sets. Simple & effective for building strength.
🔥 Super Sets – Two exercises back-to-back with no rest. Great for intensity & efficiency.
🔥 Drop Sets – Start heavy, then drop weight after each set to push past fatigue.
🔥 Pyramid Sets – Increase weight & lower reps each set (or reverse). Perfect for building muscle endurance.
