Hey everyone, I’m sorry I haven’t been very active on this business page. I am going to try with the new school year coming up to stay active and post more for all of the parents to see!! I am very active on the messenger for this page. So if you ever need to reach me you can on this page or my cell! I haven’t introduced myself in a long time so I figured it was time I do so! My name is Jennifer Blair. I have worked for gym on wheels since the summer of 2008! For the amazing Mrs. Jo Maxey, in 2018 when she decided to retire I bought the business! I was so thankful to have the opportunity to buy an already amazing established business. I hit the ground running and continued to have a very full schedule with the bus and at the time a 9 month old baby girl. What I couldn’t predict was that not even 18 months into buying the business that Covid would hit and completely shut down my business for an entire year!! What a loss! I lost every school and every student enrolled and it was a hard hit! But due to some amazing schools, owners, directors, and staff I was able to get back to work but still at a very small scale in early 2021. Only to a few weeks later have the bus go down for a major repair that cost $8,000 and I was forced back not running for 2 months while it was repaired. During which time I found out I was pregnant with my baby boy. Again I hit the ground running working alone and pregnant but not letting that stop me from trying to build this business back to what it was prior to Covid. Only to then have in sept of 2021 have my son early at 32 weeks due to preeclampsia!! Everything for me and my husband came to a halt while we managed him working, our daughter and a baby in the nicu. Work was the last thing on my mind at that time. But after 40 days he came home! He’s now a wild and happy/healthy 2 1/2 year old! So come 2022 I was finally ready to get back to work but it was a slow process. Building something back up that was pretty much closed for 2 years and losing so much business and profit. It was awful! But I prayed hard and I knew my people would show out! And they have! My faithful schools who have been with me through it all were still there. Fighting just as hard to keep me around as I was. They’ve become like a family to me! I say all of this just so I can say thank you!!! Thank you to anyone who has their child signed up with me. A massive thank you to all of my wonderful schools who have stuck with me through all of this and continue to help push me ahead. I am forever grateful to them! And I just thank God everyday for all of the many blessings that I have!! Follow along with this page as I try to post more pics and just things we are doing on the bus!!
