If one State does it many are to follow!

Many people have asked why Colorado is not seeing Second Amendment Sanctuary counties and sheriffs stand up to the state's new crazy gun laws like we did in 2013 and 2019.

Here's why:

Through two different bills, the state legislature created the Fi****ms Dealer Division within the Department of Revenue (think a state-level ATF) and then granted police powers to the employees of that new division. THEY are now the ones in charge of enforcing gun laws that impact gun stores, not the sheriffs.

IT Consultant Fahim Mohamed Says He Endured “13 Weeks of Hell” After Being Arrested for Posing With a Shotgun in Florida

British IT consultant Fahim Mohamed says he was put through “13 weeks of hell” after being arrested and criminally charged simply for posing with a shotgun during a holiday trip to Florida.

Mohamed took a photo while handling what he believed to be a legally owned shotgun at a Florida shooting range during his vacation. He later posted the picture on LinkedIn — a decision he says he never imagined would trigger a legal ordeal.

But once he returned home to the UK, police raided his residence and arrested him after receiving a tip about the image. Officers accused him of fi****ms offenses, even though the gun was not his, was handled legally, and was used under supervision in the U.S. where the photo was taken.

Mohamed says he then spent 13 weeks fighting to clear his name. His electronics were seized, he was suspended from his job, and he faced restrictions on travel and employment as the investigation continued. He described the process as “hellish,” “absurd,” and an example of severe overreach by authorities.

Prosecutors ultimately dropped all charges, acknowledging he had broken no laws.
Now, Mohamed is speaking publicly about the emotional toll, career damage, and the danger of criminalizing lawful behavior based solely on online photos.

He says the ordeal has left him shaken—and determined to warn others how an innocent vacation picture can spiral into a life-altering crisis.
