All of June & July. Monday–Friday. Two hours a day. One goal: make you a better baseball player.
⚾ Hour 1 — Science-based Strength & Conditioning powered by Summers Method
⚾ Hour 2 — Complete Hitting (mechanics, approach, mentality, pitch reading) + Arm Strength & Arm Care on alternating days
Open to athletes ages 9 & up — Youth, High School, and College players welcome.
💰 $300/month | $600 total

We’re currently in transition.

Over the next couple weeks, you’ll start to see content shift to the new page as we move into the next phase of the facility.
