fitness success begins when you allow yourself to be adaptable. your routine will not be perfect, you will not be perfect. this is not an excuse to not push yourself, but suffering to try to do everything perfectly is not the answer either, ADAPT! i will continue to harp on this over and over because it is the key to allowing fitness to become a lifestyle instead of a checklist.
