The Curl Bar is a 24hr fitness center that welcomes all levels of fitness…whether you are someone who loves to walk outside but needs somewhere to go during bad weather, someone looking to lose weight & get toned, a busy parent who just needs a little workout time to clear their head or a current body builder that wants to work out closer to home. We are a full gym featuring cardio which includes

an ifit program on the treadmills allowing the user to program in a running/walking location and then have the screen show what they would be seeing as if they really were there and also includes a tv on each. We also offer a full range of weights, machines and for those busy moms who want to get a quick workout in .Another unique feature is our fingerprint door lock which means you never have to worry about forgetting your key tag or card again! He has made health & fitness a major part of his life for years. Having worked in the sheet metal field in the past, working out gave him the strength to carry heavy loads on his own giving him the nickname Vanilla Gorilla (hence the Curl Bars logo).
