🐒🎨 THIS is where the monkey finally comes to life.

Part 6 of our Monkey Wrench Monkey Concept Build takes us to one of the coolest parts of the entire process—the paint job.

Thomas Borders and Damon Mitchell finish up the sanding and prep, then hand it over to Mystaflip, who brings the monkey to life by hand using rattle cans. No giant paint booth or fancy machine—just a whole lot of talent and spray paint.

Watching this thing go from a bare body to the face you now see flying around monster truck arenas and tracks is pretty incredible. Check out the process! 🔥

Yesterday, Thomas and Damon grabbed the GO-200 Rivet Tool for some work on the semi, and we continue to be impressed with the products Goebel has sent our way.

🐒🔧 Monkey Wrench: Monkey Concept Build Part 5!

Time to turn the mold into an actual monster truck body!

After Thomas Borders and Damon Mitchell finished shaping the monkey, they loaded it up and headed to Chris and Calob Keyes’ monster truck shop, where the next stage of the process began - creating the actual fiberglass body from the mold the team had spent months building. Big thanks to Keyes Motorsports! 🙏
