As an update, we have discovered an issue a Coach was responding to messages, however, for whatever reason families were not receiving those messages, so it looks like there was a lapse in communication however, he was responding just for whatever reason they were not being received. We do apologize for this and it will be corrected. I am at work currently, but as soon as I get off, I will deal with the situation. I will be starting group chat with the coach as well. That way I can also monitor communications and ensure that both parties are receiving the information.

So far, this appears to be an issue with the children to my knowledge and it will be fixed this evening. This was discovered this afternoon when brought to my attention by another parent. I am currently at work and cannot do anything right away, but it will be resolved this evening as soon as I get home.

With that being said, schedules will be given out on Sunday and coaches, should be sharing that by Sunday evening. Our season does not officially start until April 19. Practices are approved to start weather permitting I know I had some coaches projected to start this week with practices, however, due to the weather this is not possible. there will be no games prior to April 19 as that is the official start date of our season.

Please bare with us while we navigate through this issue. Apparently several forms have misinformation about player age on them, resulting in them being drafted to the wrong team. Please be sure to be in touch with your coach. So we can resolve this issue quickly. Team has not been assigned to a coach due to this error. so if you have not yet heard from a coach, please message the page with your child’s name and age so we can get this resolved quickly

We had a few last minute sign ups. We will be working on teams today. Tball and coach pitch coaches will have a list today to start reaching out to players. Please allow through the end of the week to hear from a coach if you have not heard by then please message the page directly. There were a few forms filled out with missing phone numbers or too many numbers or not enough numbers. Please watch your email to ensure that you were not contacted in regards to your phone number.

We are sorting out the last minute sign ups for the older kiddos and will keep you updated on this as well.

The volunteer for baseball camp is running a little behind. He will be there shortly. That time will be made up at the end of the session. Unfortunately, he got stuck at work, but he is on his way.

Board members will be working with individuals at all age levels on hitting and hitting drills! This is a great time to get ready for the upcoming season.

This will be a two week camp with two nights a week for a total of 4 camp days. Each day all players will work on their batting and complete batting drills.

Where: Terre Town Sports Complex at 1801 Boston Ave Terre Haute IN 47805

When: March 10th, 12th, 17th, and 19th

What do I bring?: bat, glove, helmet and your player (we do have some left over equipment if needed please reach out via message)

How much: $20 this gets you into all 4 days of the camp.
