One year ago, Sarah joined the Kohler Solutions team, and what a year it has been. š
In just 12 months, weāve:

āØ Achieved 136% growth in our marketing division
āØ Doubled our Social Media Management Team
āØ Rebranded and elevated our business with stronger systems, strategy, and leadership
āØ Expanded our impact to serve over 1.2% of Chick-fil-A restaurants nationwide, along with many other businesses across the KS family
While weāre proud of the growth, the numbers only tell part of the story.
Sarah has a unique ability to combine excellence, professionalism, strategy, and genuine care for people. She has helped create the foundation that allows our team to grow, serve clients well, and continue reaching new heights. Her leadership has strengthened our culture, improved our systems, and challenged us all to think bigger.
Most importantly, she leads with heart. She cares deeply about people and brings that same level of intentionality to every client, project, and team member she serves.
