Last year, Tenino Youth Baseball served 117 kids. That's 117 kids who had the chance to play, make friends and create memories right here in our local communities.
Tenino Youth Baseball has always been about more than just the game. It’s local kids playing among their friends, with parents and grandparents cheering from the sidelines, local businesses supporting our families and the community coming together for the kids.
A very small group of people have poured countless hours and a whole lot of heart into making our spring youth baseball possible. We’re incredibly proud of what our community has built, and we are so excited to make 2027 another great year. But we need more people to be a part of it.
For several of us, this will be our last year in the roles we’ve been carrying. We’ve reached the point in our own lives where we need to step back and make room for others to step in, while giving them the opportunity to learn, ask questions and find their path for TYB to move forward.
There are big jobs and small jobs, and plenty that happens behind the scenes. We’re happy to share all our experiences, and take everyone forward.
If you live here, your kids go to school here, you grew up here, you have a business here - there is a place for you and we hope you consider how you can help keep TYB going.
Because these 117 kids are just the beginning ⚾️❤️
