Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten. Remember why we do this! Remember why we put our bodies through hell and back. Remember those who sacrificed their lives so we can live the lives we live. Wishing everyone a meaningful Memorial Day!

We would like to thank our amazing NLA members and friends who joined together today and carried out the Murph Challenge. We are so proud of each of them for honoring the fallen today, with a time of 55 minutes!

ALL ARE WELCOME! Please join us for this special event to honor the fallen and help us raise money for a great cause. 100% of all money donated will be given to the Wounded Warriors Project.

The Murph Challenge isn’t just a workout-it’s a tribute to LT Michael B S Murphy and every brave soul who gave their life for our freedom.

Here’s what it takes:
- 1 MILE RUN
- 100 PULL-UPS
- 200 PUSH-UPS
- 300 SQUATS
- 1 MILE RUN..all while wearing a 20lb weighted vest.

There’s no set time to finish-because this challenge isn’t about speed. It’s about sacrifice, effort, and honoring those who gave everything.

Whether you go all-in with the vest or modify the workout to meet your level, your effort means something.

The mission starts with one choice:
SHOW UP, DO YOUR BEST, HONOR THOSE SO YOU MIGHT BE FREE.

Be a part of something bigger. Carry the weight. Earn the meaning. *
