Another wonderful reason to hang out at the TTR !

Templeton Tennis Ranch has two Sunlighten infrared saunas. Sunlighten saunas use FAR infrared light (experienced as heat) instead of steam used in traditional saunas. Infrared light gently heats the body from within instead of heating the air.

The benefits of infrared sauna therapy are many, including Detoxification, Weight Loss, Heart Health, Pain Relief and Skin Rejuvenation.
