This class is designed for teens and adults! Whether you’re a dancer looking to cross-train, a dance mom looking for something fun for summer, or a community member wanting an effective workout in a welcoming environment, Barre Fitness is for you! 💖

Our Pre-Ballet classes introduce dancers ages 2½ - 3 to creative movement, ballet foundations, classroom independence, and plenty of joyful fun!

We still have a few Pre-Ballet classes with space available for our 2026-2027 Dance Year! ⬇️
• Mondays 11:30 a.m. - Noon
• Wednesdays 11:15-11:45 a.m.
• Wednesdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.
• Thursdays 5:30-6:00 p.m.
• Fridays 9:45-10:15 a.m.

Make dance your favorite weekly date! 🩷✨

Our Move With Me classes are the sweetest introduction to dance for our littlest movers! These 30-minute classes give your child the chance to explore music, movement, rhythm, and creativity alongside their favorite grown-up. 🩰⭐️

NEW THIS YEAR! 🎉
For the first time, we’re welcoming dancers as young as 1 year old (walking) into select Move With Me classes! If your little one is ready to get moving, you don’t have to wait until 18 months to get them started at LDC. 🥹🩷

Our two early afternoon options are open to ages 1–3:
• Mondays 3:30-4:00 p.m.
• Wednesdays 3:00-3:30 p.m.

Plus, we have two additional options for ages 18 months–3:
• Wednesdays 10:00-10:30 a.m.
• Thursdays 6:00-6:30 p.m.

Dance together, play together, and make some of their very first dance memories together!! Plus, build confidence, coordination, friendships, and a love for movement! 🤩

Our 2026-2027 Dance Year begins September 3, and there’s still time to join us! 🎉
