Check out our updated lounge area ✨🛋️ — the perfect spot to hang out before class or cool down after training. Parents can relax in comfort ☕, and students can catch up on grappling matches between sessions 🤼‍♂️🥇

On Thursday 05/29 all SFHQ kids students are invited to bring ONE friend for a FREE No Gi / Self Defense class! 👊🏻🔥

This is the perfect opportunity to introduce your friends to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, build confidence, learn self defense and have FUN on the mats! 🥋

Invite any school friend or family member that would like to try out Jiu Jitsu!
