Winn F**t was established to help motivate those who are excited to take their first steps into an exercise environment and for those who are looking for that extra push to get the results they desire. As an NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) certified personal trainer I will be available to help instruct and answer any questions you have during the fun, fast paced workouts. Cla

sses will be held at local community parks primarily in the mornings starting as early as 6 am and will consist of no more than 10 people so that I will be able to assist with proper form and technique. I am confident that through my program you will increase your strength, endurance and improve your overall well-being.
