Great talk in today's coaches Zoom. Discussing developing the future of Girls flag football in AZ and a chance to Discuss the importance in RouteRunning even when competing on a National level. Great opportunity for us to highlight our system and share with AZ coaches and league directors.

Tonite we started with a great progression that began with the future of girls flag, a little tournament talk and what those might look like in the future and ended with with some good Xs & Os.

We'll be moving on to a bi-weekly schedule on Tuesdays & Thursdays kicking off with conversations with some of our NFL parents discussing what its like to raise an "NFL" kid and other guests to include more Coaches talk, Xs and Os.
