DO YOU NEED KETO TO LOSE WEIGHT AND HAVE A BIG 🍆?
Definitely not for the second, but surprisingly also not the first one.
Here’s why Keto is a lie:
1️⃣ IT’S UNSUSTAINABLE.
If you’ve got kids, eat out more than once per week or just want to enjoy 🍕 ever again, keto is the wrong choice.
Plus there are studies that show once you get into ketoisi and do have a high carb “cheat” it actually causes cellular damage.
This means that off plan means are bad, and not just for your waistline.
2️⃣ IT TRICKS US INTO THINKING THERES A “HACK”
Listen dad, the lie that we’ve been fed for decades is that there’s some secret way to effortless incredible results, you just haven’t found it yet.
“It’s not because you were eating like an a$$hole, it’s just that you’re not fat adapted!!11!”
“Bro just put butter in your coffee bro, that’s the secret to Health bro I know a guy who’s been drinking butter for 5 years bro and he’s super fit bro pls believe me!1!”
You don’t need to spend another year chasing a secret that is keeping you stuck in your “ALL OR NOTHING” mentality.

How often have fallen off because you had a pizza or drank to much, or ate dessert?
That’s one of the most common mental pieces holding guys back, and Leto further pushes us down that rabbit hole
3️⃣ KETO IS A BACKUP ENERGY SOURCE
Yo, why would you try to run your house off a backup generator instead of just turning on the power?
Ketosis is your bodies last defense against NOT FUELING YOUR BRAIN, not some secret optimal energy reserve.
Your body will literally convert proteins to glucose before it goes into ketosis, a lengthy and expensive process (known as gluconeogenesis)
That’s why you can’t even have a good amount of protein on the Leto diet, because your body will glom onto it and keep you from needing to use ketosis because it knows that’s not ideal.
Here’s the thing though, you can be fat adapted (aka burn fat for fuel) without being in Ketosis or having to pretend bacon is a health food
