Oh wow, what a blast this morning.
Huge thank you to Candelaria Alvarado, Tien Tran Thomas Bieksha Gary Millslagle Nara Long Molly Minney Caleb Dyer Arman Alexis Koskan & Justin for showing up and getting after it. Let’s go! We missed you Tim Herzer, Melinda Abel Rusanowski and Lyle Rusanowski.

Another amazing swim this morning. I managed to do some on deck coaching then hopped in the water to knock out 2000. 200 bonus after with Tien Tran & Gary Millslagle.
