24 - 40 hours a week

We are rapidly expanding and need someone to assist in general storefront operations and customer relations.

Main duties include:
- Leading
- General shop cleanliness
- Organization of products
- Inventory of products
- Sending & Receiving Packages
- Communicating with customers
- Prepping wheels/items for shipment
- Small bike mechanic tasks (Changing tires, valves etc..)
- Working directly with the wheel department to ensure correct deliveries

Someone with bike/MTB experience is preferred. We frequently have to deal with a variety of parts on a daily basis and our shop likes to go on group rides when we have the time.

We are looking for someone that believes and gets behind what we are doing in the mountain bike industry. We are growing rapidly and we want someone who wants to grow with us. This isnt a long established company so we are all learning and adapting as we grow. We hope to find someone that will be along for the ride!

Our inventory system and website are also run through Shopify, so any relevant experience with that is a perk.

We're typically at the shop
10am - 5pm, Mon - Sat.

You will work directly with the head of the wheel department to assemble custom mountain bike wheels.

You will go through all open orders at the beginning of the day based on First in First Out. You will find spoke measurements based on hub and rim combination, you then will make sure all the proper components are pulled and that everything lines up with the order. If spokes need to be cut it is your responsibility to make sure you either cut them or let the proper person know. You then will lace and true each wheel and move the completed sets and packing slip over to the completed section.

Quality Control is one of the most important parts of our business a QC card must be filled out by the wheel builder and signed off by either a manager or the head of the department. The wheelset will be checked for proper tension, tension variance, dish, and true.
Once the QC card is signed the wheelset is complete.

Pay is either hourly or per wheelset. For hourly pay quotas' must be met.

No prior wheel-building experience is required but knowledge and passion about the mountain biking industry is definitely encouraged! We are family and we all travel and ride together and would love a new addition! We are growing rapidly so there is an opportunity to get in at the bottom and grow with us!
