No better day than to celebrate 3 years of Z Fitness!

I started this business when my girls were 2 years old and 3 months old. It was a little scary to put myself out there in such a vulnerable state. New Moms...you know what I mean.

The outpouring support from friends and women I didn’t even know was immense. I have made life long friends, and am blessed and grateful for the amazing women I have met, and the women who constantly inspire me.

Empower women and lift them up!

Today I did something that makes me uncomfortable, yet something I have always wanted to do. A fitness photo shoot with (who within 1 minute made me feel like having a lens focused on me, and ONLY me is completely normal)

As moms we can feel alone even when we are NEVER alone. We grasp for time to ourselves without even knowing what to do when that time comes. It’s a vicious cycle that, for me, became extremely obvious this year. Why? Because I stopped doing the things I love and need to be the fun, happy-go-lucky, wife, mom and friend that I usually am.

I want you to join me in setting goals, and saying them out loud. You cannot control everything (repeat that over and over), but you can take steps to live a healthier life, mentally and physically. Now what is your goal rolling into 2021? Mine...exactly this, pushing myself out of my comfort zone and spreading my love for fitness with you, because that’s when positive changes occur.
