A Message From Our Developer,
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to improve your experience at Limitless Cheer Co. by Fusion, and we’re excited to officially introduce our new website and Parent Portal at www.fusionlcc.com!
This new platform is designed to be your one-stop shop for all parent resources, including athlete management, enrollment requests, class schedules, and integrated payments.
Most importantly, you’re now in control of your account. You can add and manage your own athletes, request enrollments, view your current enrollments, and manage your payments directly through the Parent Portal.
Signing Up
Existing Limitless families: We’ve already transferred your existing athlete and enrollment information into our new system.
When creating your account, please use the same phone number we currently have on file. This allows the system to automatically connect your existing athletes and enrollments to your new account.
If your phone number has changed, please let us know so we can manually connect your existing information.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Email Confirmation
Creating an account requires email confirmation, and the confirmation link must be opened on the same device you used to register.
For example:
* If you register on your phone, open the confirmation email on your phone.
* If you register on your laptop, open the confirmation email on your laptop.
Opening the confirmation link on a different device may cause the link to be invalid.
Registering Your Athletes
Registering for a class is simple!
Once your account has been created:
1. Add your athlete(s) to your account.
2. Visit the Classes page.
3. Find the class you’re interested in.
4. Select Register and complete the enrollment request.
Our staff will review your request, and you’ll receive an email letting you know whether the enrollment has been approved or denied.
Once an enrollment is approved, payment must be set up before the enrollment becomes active.
Payments:
We’re beginning a partial rollout of our new integrated payment system, starting with gymnastics classes.
For now, cheer billing will continue through Jackrabbit. We’ll make a separate announcement before cheer families are transitioned to the new payment system.
For gymnastics, paying for an approved enrollment is as simple as opening your Parent Portal, scrolling to your athlete’s enrollments, and selecting Pay.
Payments are now handled directly through the new Limitless platform and are structured as recurring monthly subscriptions.
That means no more manually paying invoices, navigating separate payment portals, or worrying about missed monthly payments. Once your athlete’s enrollment has been approved, you’ll activate the subscription once and the system will handle your monthly tuition automatically.
Gymnastics tuition is billed on the 1st of each month.
When you initially activate an approved gymnastics enrollment, you will not be charged that day. Your athlete’s enrollment will become active immediately, and your regular tuition payment will automatically process on the upcoming 1st.
Moving Up Classes
Athlete advancement will continue to be determined by our coaching staff.
If we believe your athlete is ready to move to the next level, we’ll contact you beforehand to discuss the move, including any change in tuition.
Once the move is approved, there’s nothing additional you need to do with your subscription. Our staff will update the athlete’s enrollment, and the associated subscription will automatically update to reflect the new class and tuition amount.
Data Privacy
Protecting the information of our athletes and families is extremely important to us.
Limitless Cheer Co. will never sell your personal information. Account and athlete information is securely stored and is only shared with trusted service providers when necessary to operate our platform, process payments, communicate with families, and provide our services.

This platform was built to make managing your Limitless account simpler, faster, and more convenient for our families.
As we begin transitioning everyone to the new system, please be patient with us during the initial rollout. If you notice anything that doesn’t look right with your existing athletes, enrollments, or account information, please reach out so we can get it corrected.
