šŸ“£ I’m bringing back the Follow Along Workouts to end this year on a high note!
Who wants to join me?! šŸ™‹šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

I know what you’re thinking… it’s the busiest time of the year, Lori! Are you crazy?! I’ve got too much on my plate already. Sports, holiday get-togethers, work, kids, housework, etc etc etc.
I get it. Trust me, I do!

But let’s break it down real quick. If you can give me 60-ish minutes of your week, WEEK, not DAY, that’s a tiny fraction of your time.
I mean, I know we all are guilty of spending more time than that scrolling thru social media. 🫣
And think of all the benefits you would gain from taking a little bit of time for YOU during this busy time of year.

I know you’ve got it in you!! All you have to do is hop on Facebook, go to the group, and follow along with me while I put you through a workout. 20-30 minutes a day, 3 days a week and you’re done!!

You can do it whenever you have the time, too! There is no set time that you have to be online.

You’ll need some dumbbells, whatever weight you’re comfortable with and a small area to move your body. That’s it!!

This time, the workout protocol will be typed out ahead of time. You’ll see what’s in store for the week every Sunday. This way you can plan your workouts according to your schedule.

If you consider yourself more of a beginner, don’t dismiss this opportunity just yet! While some of my workouts are more advanced, that doesn’t mean that a modification can’t be done and I will show you ALL of the mods. If you don’t want to jump, don’t! If you don’t want to do pushups on your feet, don’t! It’s that simple! I will show you what you can do instead. I’ve got you! There is nothing wrong with modifications. It’s all about moving your body. Intentional movement. That’s our main goal.

We start on Monday, October 28th and will run through December 13th
7 weeks - 3 workouts a week - 20-30 minutes a day. I know you can commit to that!

The cost to join is $65. That’s less than $10 a week, $3/workout. I mean, where else are you going to get a 3 time certified trainer giving you an opportunity like that for THAT price?!!

Do it for your mental clarity, do it for your health, do it so you can show up every day as the best version of yourself. Heck, do it because you CAN! This group will give you the accountability that we all need, plus the motivation that tends to be hard to find this time of the year. You owe it to yourself to give this a try! It’s not about perfection, it’s about consistency! Spend some time with me this summer in a private Facebook group where I take you through 3, 20 minute workouts a week.

The workouts will be completely follow along style, so it’s like you’re in the studio working out with me! Most workouts will be strictly bodyweight. No need to have a ton of equipment on hand. All you need is yourself and a place to move your body. We may do a workout or two with weights, so having a set of dumbbells would be recommended but don’t go crazy.

The workouts will be available to you whenever you’re ready to do them. You don’t have to jump on and do it live with me. Make it work for you! And if you’re more experienced and don’t want to follow along with me, I’ll have the protocol typed out for you.

Each week, you will be given new challenges in the group and you’ll be asked to check in at least once a week! By participating in the challenges shared in the group, you will earn more points to get you closer to that cash prize at the end.
